The North East Higher Education Quality Enhancement Programme (NEHEQEP) is an initiative of North East Development Foundation, Digital Empowerment Foundation and National Foundation for India. The programme seeks to strengthen and enhance higher education scenario in North East India Region with focus on research, applications, skills, Higher education linked to skills and employability. With an Integrated Approach to Technology in Higher Education (ITHE), the NEHEQEP seeks to facilitate opportunities and resources for higher education youths with a social inclusion approach.
